Meet Gretchen Elaine

Through authentic storytelling and unflinching honesty, Gretchen Elaine creates literary sanctuaries where mental health conversations flow naturally. Her work focuses on breaking down gender-based stigmas and creating safe spaces for healing through literature and her helpful resources.

Mental health is a strong passion of Gretchen’s, who herself struggled to cope with and face it head-on for nearly fifteen years. Afraid of what others might say or think because of the stigmas attached to having a mental health illness. Today, she owns her diagnosis and doesn't shy away from sharing her story with anyone who feels alone or misunderstood. She's all about encouraging others to seek help and embrace what makes them uniquely them.
